The project plans to invest 16.66 million yuan, and the construction content includes: new high-protein corn vermicelli production plant, construction of 3,600 square meters of workshop, new corn raw material base of 45,000 acres, 2 professional production lines, and purchase of 28 special equipment. The project construction funds are 1.6 million yuan from the central government, 640,000 yuan from the provincial government, 160,000 yuan from the municipal government, and 7.66 million yuan through bank loans and 6.6 million yuan from self-raised funds.
